We always try to give the most up-to-date production information, but human error can occur. Occasionally there may be information on our site or in the Service that contains typographical errors, inaccuracies or omissions that may relate to product descriptions, pricing, promotions and offers, shipping charges and delivery times or stock availability. We reserve the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies or omissions and to change or update information and if necessary, cancel orders if any information is inaccurate without prior notice (including after submission of your order)
We accept no obligation to update, amend or clarify information on our website or on any related website, including without limitation, pricing information, except as required by law.
All images are taken to most accurately reflect products. We are not responsible for differing interpretations based on computer monitors or personal viewing. Please note some of our products are hand dyed, and will have natural variation.

Prices for our products are subject to change without notice.
We reserve the right at any time to modify or discontinue our delivery of the Service (or any part or content thereof) without notice at any time.
We will not have a liability to you or to any third-party for any modification, price change, suspension or discontinuance of the Service
Purchasing
There is no contract between you and The Beautiful Stitch when you place an order on our website.
We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us. We may, in our sole discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household or per order. These restrictions may include orders placed by or under the same customer account, the same credit card, and/or orders that use the same billing and/or shipping address. In the event that we make a change to or cancel an order, we may attempt to notify you by contacting the e-mail and/or billing address/phone number provided at the time the order was made. We reserve the right to limit or prohibit orders that, in our sole judgment, appear to be placed by dealers, resellers or distributors. On our acceptance of your order you will receive a confirmation email from us.
You agree to provide current, complete and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made at our store. You agree to promptly update your account and other information, including your email address and credit card numbers and expiration dates. This information can be managed in the ‘My Account’ section of our website.
If any details are incorrect after you have placed an order please contact us immediately, on our email address.
Delivery
We are not responsible for any delay in the delivery of your order, or any delay as a result of you not being there to collect your order when it arrives. It is your responsibility to tell Royal Mail, or courier company, to arrange a re-delivery or collection. You, the buyer, are responsible for any local charges and taxes that are imposed in your locality, this is not limited to customs charges.
Returns
You may return physical items, for whatever reason, purchased via the website (www.thebeautifulstitch.com) within 90 days of purchase providing that the item remains in saleable condition. Please contact us via email on admin@thebeautifulstitch.com to receive instructions on how to return your item.
The costs of returning the item(s) to us are at your expense and we will only refund the cost of the item(s) and not any postage charge for having sent the item(s) to you in the first instance.
We are not liable for any item(s) lost in the post during the course of them being returned to us. You are therefore advised to send all returns by insured post.

In respect of pre-orders, that have yet to be fulfilled, we reserve the right to charge a 10% handling charge to cover payment acquiring and administration costs before cancelling and refunding your payment.
Promotion Codes
Valid promotion codes may be used on our website, only as directed. To redeem the discount online, please enter the promotion code on the Basket page. Discounts will not be applied to delivery charges, in addition, discounts and promotions may not be exchanged for cash and are non-transferable. Promotion codes cannot be used in conjunction with any other discount offer or deal. Discounts and promotions may not be used to purchase workshops or gift vouchers. Promotion codes my only be used once per customer. We reserve the right to terminate discounts at any time.
